I had pain frequently during my pregnancy. Every time I went to the emergency room the Dr would send me home. I was disregarded until the time I came in spotting. I was told my membranes had ruptured. I was told nothing could be done to stop my baby from coming. I was 6 months pregnant. The hospital was not equipped to handle a baby as premature as mine. After delivering her, I held her in my arms, on my chest until she passed away 45 minutes later. It is funny that I can tell this story with almost no emotion. Yet, I have just realized that this loss has been crippling me for 11 years. I have had two children since losing my daughter Heaven Leigh. I want to be happy again. I want my two children to enjoy me the way I had hoped Heaven Leigh would.
