How Do I Get Over The Loss of My Son

My 5 yr old son drowned December 23rd 2002. Our xmas ended before it started; he fell into an abandoned inground pool nearby where we lived. He was chaseing his cat. I jumped in and cannot swim; the water was way over my head and very cold. Lord know's I tryed to save him. The pool was nasty; i could'nt get out we was pulled from the pool. My son lived an hour and a half after we got out. DCF took my other 2 kids that same night so now we are fighting to get them back. We haven't even had a chance to grieve together. I cry all the time and need some one to talk to someone that has lost a child and know's the pain. It hurts so bad that I can't deal with it.
