Jacob Robert is our perfect angel. We loved him for almost 41 weeks when it was decided he was too perfect for this world and had to be born into heaven. We do not understand why this has happened (there was no medical reason), so we have to believe that God had a better plan for our Jacob. Not a day goes by that we do not miss our baby. We wish we had more time to hold you in our arms. You will be held in our hearts forever until we meet again.
