This is in memory of my beloved angel Jacob.
Jacob passed away due to heart and lung failure. He was born with a rare, fatal heart disease - transposition of the great vessels.
Most of all I miss his laughter and smile, along with his dark brown eyes. I will miss his hugs and his warm caring heart as well. Jacob always had a way of making everything better when I was feeling down.
Until we are together again, my precious angel, remember that mommy loves you and misses you so much.
