Our Loving Son, Brother, Grandson, Nephew, Cousin, FriendOur Dearest Jacob, You are our shooting star. Your stay with us was brief, but you shined brighter and more spectacular. You have taught us how to love more deeply and fully. We thank God everyday for your 5 yrs with us. We know although you are not here in body, your spirit and soul keeps us company, as you watch over us with the angels know we are loving and missing you every day.
