Help nurses Help Other Moms Who Lose A Baby
by Peggy Lambert Fink, Oak Hill, U.S.A.

I have been a Labor and Delivery nurse for 15 years and have cared for many women as they experienced a stillbirth loss. I questioned whether what we did at the time of loss if it was helpful, hurtful, or did it matter? Only the women who have experienced it can tell us.

Would you be willing to share your experience so about the interventions that were offered at the time of your loss and how they impacted your grief? If you had a stillbirth in the last 2 years, would you be willing to give me insight to help other nurses improve the care we give.

If you are able, the survey is online and will take about 20-30 minutes to complete. It can be found at:

Thank you so much,
Peggy
