When my mom born baby named Gauvin. When he born family not know he had Primary pulmonary Hypertension. When he have check up doctor said something wrong with him. He had lots of tests. Later doctor find out that he had Primary Pulmonary Hypertension. Doctor try help but doctor couldn't help. So during Dec 29 Gauvin have to died.
