Where To Turn?

I have a dear friend who has a very ill 12 year son. She has recently been told that he could die at any moment. She is beside herself. She is making arrangements at the cemetary and doing things by herself, because she thinks that she is a burden to others. I think that if she had someone she could talk to, who has lived through this kind of experience, she would feel less alone. I was hoping to find a supportgroup for her. Can you help?
