Hi my name is Destiny I lost my baby Jia'Vonni at 5 months old. He was born at 1 pound 13 oz and he came home at 3 months then all of a sudden passed in his sleep. I have two other boys ages 4 and 1 year's old an it's so hard because I just don't wanna fail them.
