Preterm Labour-Lost Baby Boy at 24 Weeks

We lost our baby boy at 24 weeks gestation. It was a total shock as I started having contractions. I was taken to a hospital and came home 4 days later with a flat belly and no baby. The doctors don't know what happened; its all a bunch of guesses. Some say I had a placenta abruption; others say maybe an infection. We buried our baby boy and it hurt so much. Looking back at the months of morning sickness, lack of sleep, setting up the nursery and overall excitement, it all seems so unreal. I feel like I'm watching someone else's life and I'm still pregnant; thats until I look at my belly. Please contact me if you have a similar story or share yours with me :)
