My daughter Kylee was taken from us on the 28th February 2005. She was savagely beaten around the head and then the person responsible for that awful act set fire to her body to hide his tracks. She was only 18 when she died. She had her whole life ahead of her. I will never come to terms with losing her. She was my best friend as well as being my daughter. She was my little angel in life but now she is my guardian angel in death. She left behind 2 sisters and 2 brothers who miss her deeply. The person responsible has not been caught yet but I know that one day they will. I wake in the morning not wanting to face another day as sometimes the pain is so hard to live with but I have to carry on as I have. People who still need me. I would like to thank them for that as if they were not there to need me, I would not be here today. I know that Kylee is with me every day. I feel her presence around me and that is also a big comfort to me. Well that is my story of losing my precious daughter Kylee.
