This is in memory of my 2 precious angels. Zachary chase Oakes 10/13/95--1/3/96
and Jacob Aaron Oakes 8-23-97 -- 10-14-00 Zac passed away of heart failure and Jake of heart and lung failure. Both boys were born with Transposition of the Great Vessels, a rare, and fatal heart disease. Though I did not know Zac for long, he was my first born son and we had a special bond. Jacob my second born son,well we were inseperable, I often called him my shadow cause every where I went he went. I miss Jake's warm touch,his laughter, and his beautiful smile the most. He was my perfect precious angel.
