Carter came into the world after years of trying. A curious, joyful little boy, he went expoloring faster than mom could find him. He fell into a canal and drowned. Daddy found him and did CPR, and as a R.N., hoped he could save him. However, God had other plans for him. He is now in heaven playing all the time. No better place I know than that.
